Training Program & Product Supply

        One mouth prior to opening, we will arrange the training courses for your staff. Training will cover all aspects of restaurant administration including kitchen management, food and beverage management, financial management, etc… You may also wish to choose an alternative training course, one that is tailored to enhance particular skills to your staff. We can also provide this at a reasonable cost.

       Chef training is a necessary step to ensure that you are cooking authentic Mango Tree recipes. There is an art to cooking Thai food in order to balance all the herbs, spices, and ingredients into a harmonious taste. Although we make this easier by providing you with our ready to use Mango Tree sauces it is still essential to train your executive chef in the art of Thai cuisine. This is done with a one month hands on working/cooking practicum in our Mango Tree Bangkok test kitchen.

       Genuine ingredients are required to ensure the authentic Mango Tree taste and if your territory does not have some of these ingredients we will be able to provide you with these ingredients along with the Mango Tree sauces. 

         All products are appropriately packaged through high technology packaging and processing and are approved by international quality standards.

We provide you with an easy to follow accounting system that will help you track sales, food and labour costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability. The system also makes it easy for you to administer day to day requests and operations.
