Urgent Recruitment for COCA Vietnam
Nhat Thai Company was established in 2006, and our business is hospitality!
We are an International franchise in Vietnam of Coca Suki and Coca Express Restaurants.
We have 6 Stores and continuing to expand. We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions to assist in this rapid expansion.

COCA Restaurants has competitive salary and bonus package for the qualified candidate.
1. Operation Manager:
· Responsibility for the overall performance of the Restaurants.
· To participate in the preparation of F&B strategic, business and marketing plans
· Ensure timely implementation of all plans and review of results
· Maintaining food and beverage cost, labour cost within the approved cost.
· Assisting in HR functions: recruiting, training, appraising…
· Strong background of hospitality, at least 5-7 years experience
· Min. 3 years in operational position; Chain rest. an asset.
· Solution and results oriented; high sense of responsibility.
· Male, 30 - 40 years old; Vietnamese
· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
· Good computer skills
2. Restaurant Manager:
Managing all aspects of the restaurant operations:
· Ensuring quality and timliness of food
· Liase with BOH to ensure standards are met
· Managing, recruiting, training and motivation of staff.
· To support Operation Manager in all matters of daily business.
· Male, 30 – 40 years old; Vietnamese.
· Strong background in the hospitality industry.
· At least 3 years management experience in a relevant position; high volume restaurant preferred
· Chain restaurant experience is a plus.
· Speak English fluently.
· Management skill and solving problem well.
